Changes save automatically. Accrual is credited on the final date of each pay period. Official balance reconciliations apply at the end of their date.

Dated PTO corrections
Add an Official balance to anchor PTO to the balance shown on a statement as of the end of that date, or an Adjustment to add or subtract hours. All subsequent balances are recalculated. Entries before the opening date are not estimated.

Annual hours are converted to per-period accrual using 26 periods/year and rounded to 2 decimals. Your employer's actual rounding can be entered using the override column.

Paid holidays
Add a date and paid hours. The Holiday column will populate automatically. You can override any day's holiday hours in the timesheet. Enter dates separately for each year.

Other paid leave types
These choices appear in the Other column dropdown. Other hours count toward the 80-hour target but do not reduce PTO. Removing a type from this list does not erase previously recorded entries.
Backup & export
Records are saved automatically in this browser. Changes sync automatically after signing in. Keep a JSON backup as an additional safeguard.
Cloud sync
Requires your own Supabase project, its public project URL and publishable/anon key, plus the included SQL setup. Never enter a Supabase service-role or secret key here.
Cloud sync is not connected.
Automatic sync checks when you sign in, reopen the app, or edit data. Concurrent edits pause sync for review. Manual Upload forcibly replaces the cloud copy; Download replaces local data. Keep JSON backups.
